The all-inclusive Jolly Beach Resort & Spa is Antigua’s largest hotel with 464-rooms in low-rise buildings. The 40-acre property boasts a mile-long white sand beach,beautiful tropical gardens a signature 8,000 sq ft Fantasy Pool. In 2009 the hotel completed minor refurbishments to some rooms as well as various areas of the property, keeping the look fresh and updated.

Nearby, the resort community of Jolly Harbour offers golf and a casino as well as additional shopping and dining.

Hotel Accommodation
There are six room categories, ranging from the smallest (the Supersaver) right up to junior suites with separate living areas and the two-bedroom and two-bathroom Beachfront Cottage. All rooms are air-conditioned and ocean - facing; each has a patio or balcony, direct-dial phone, cable TV, hair-dryer and rentable safe.

ACCOMMODATION:

There are 464 air-conditioned rooms amidst 40 acres of tropical gardens.

Supersaver - ocean view room similar in size to a large cruise ship cabin with one double bed, a shower and balcony or patio. The square footage of a Supersaver room is 15’ x 9’ 9”.

Standard - ocean view room with a king size bed or 2 twins, a shower and balcony or patio. A small number are inter connecting rooms.

Queen Superior - ocean view room with two queen size beds, a shower and bath tub, balcony or patio. Coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and mini fridge and a hair dryer. Sone are connecting rooms.

King Superior - Situated in a separate and romantic enclave of the resort. The ocean view spacious rooms with king bed and small sitting area. A showerand bath and balcony or patio. Coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and mini fridge and a hair dryer.

Junior Suite - ocean view with king bed and separate living room a shower and balcony or patio. Coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and mini fridge and a hair dryer.

Cottage One Bedroom - are ideal for the romantic couple, looking for that perfect wedding or honeymoon destination. King size bed, air-conditioned, hairdryer, Flat Screen TV, direct dial telephone, in-room pay safe & refrigerator and private Verandah

•Utsav (open for dinner only, 6:30 p.m.-10 p.m.) Indian restaurant whose name means “festival of Indian cuisine” and which features a selection from India’s many varied cuisines. Reservations required.

•Coconut Grill (12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Serving barbecue, light grilled food and sandwiches

•Hemispheres (Open three times a day starting at 7 a.m. Closes at 10:00 p.m.) Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Buffets

•Ristorante Bocciolo (Open for dinner only, 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) Italian cuisine featuring homemade pasta; an antipasto bar, salads and entrees. Reservations required and there is a strictly enforced dress code: for women the dress is elegantly casual, no beachwear; for men long pants and shirt with collar are required. No jeans, shorts, sneakers or slippers are permitted.

Hotel Activities and Entertainment
Jolly Beach has two swimming pools, the primary being the 8,000 sq. ft. Fantasy Pool with waterfall, Jacuzzi and swim-up bar. Complimentary non-motorized water sports include beach snorkeling, windsurfing, Sunfish and Hobie Cat sailing, ocean kayaking, and pedal boats. Free lessons are available in select water activities. The Water Sports Centre opens from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.

Four tennis courts with Omni-Tru surface; all lit for night play. Racquets and balls available for a fee.

Two full-court basketball courts available during the day. Not lit for night play.

Guests can arrange tee times at the resort’s NX Tour Desk for the nearby Jolly Harbour or Cedar Valley courses.



Gym & Exercise Classes
The Jolly Beach Resort & Spa Gym is outfitted with everything you need for a challenging workout. There is a circuit of professional Cybex equipment, free weights and adjustable benches for your training regimen and treadmills, stationary and recumbent bikes and stair steppers for cardio.

The Certified Fitness Instructor can guide you throughout your workout and also leads a schedule of invigorating aerobics and step aerobics classes.

Hotel Children Information
A special children’s centre, the Jolly Kidz Club, is available with supervised activities, including dance lessons, Caribbean Story Time, Aqua Aerobics, dodge ball and much more. Open Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m. for kids 3 to 12.

Spa Information
The serene Palms Wellness Centre offers a full range of massage treatments and therapies. In addition, this tranquil haven boasts a fully equipped beauty salon and fitness center. Spa and beauty salon services are not included in regular all-inclusive rates. The Spa and Beauty Salon are open 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Hotel Additional Guest Services
The air-conditioned Cyber Cafe is open daily from 9:15 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with a ½ hour closure between noon and 3:00 p.m. (check with attendant for time on any given day). Rates apply.
WiFi access is now offered for a small fee, and is free for group booking a conference room. Currently all of the Jolly Beach conference facilities provide wireless service along with two of the superior room blocks, the reception area, the Courtyard and at the Quiet Pool.
