Set amidst 5 acres of lush tropical gardens on a stunning stretch of protected beach, Amaryllis Beach Resort's idyllic location provides for an intimate holiday whilst being right in the heart of local life along Barbados' south coast. Families can make use of the self-catering facilities in many of the rooms and use the convenient in-resort mini-mart or enjoy flexible meal plan packages at the hotel's Almond Tree Restaurant and Turtle Nest Beach Bar. 39 Steps Restaurant and the Coffee Bean cafe offer further dining options on property.

Facilities at Amaryllis are cleverly spread throughout the grounds, enabling everyone to find their own corner to enjoy family time or time alone. A games room, outdoor pool tables and two pools will keep children and grown-ups equally happy, whilst the wide stretch of beach, protected by an artificial reef, allows for safe swimming and snorkelling.

Rooms at Amaryllis are generous in size and decorated in classic tropical colours to give you that true Bajan feel. Views are either out over the beach or onto the thick foliage and amazing flowers of the beautifully groomed gardens. 12 of our rooms are specifically designed to allow wheelchair users easy access and since the resort is mostly on one level ALL our guests can enjoy full access to all facilities.

Hotel Accommodation
ACCOMMODATION:

HOTEL ROOMS: with king or twin beds, telephone, computer outlet, satellite television, central air conditioning, private bathroom with tub or shower, small fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, clock radio, ironing kit and in-room safe (additional charge), large patio or balcony, garden view or oceanfront.

ROOMS ADAPTED FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS: Same facilities as a Hotel Room except that these rooms have two double beds, elevator access and are designed to conform to American Disability Association (ADA) and international standards for the disabled. Also featuring special bathroom facilities such as roll-in showers.

STUDIOS: offer twin beds and all amenities the same as the Hotel rooms but in addition have kitchenette (equipped with two burner stove top, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and utensils).

DELUXE STUDIOS: Same facilities as a Studio except a Deluxe Studio is a more spacious room, may have king bed, two double beds or twin beds, and can accommodate a rollaway bed for a third person.

ONE-BEDROOM SUITES:
With king bed in the bedroom, sofa-bed, central air conditioning, telephone, computer outlet, television (satellite) in the living room (equipped with US-standard DVD player) and the bedroom, private bathroom with tub or shower, kitchenette with four burner stove top, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing kit, clock radio and in-room safe (additional charge), large patio or balcony, garden view or oceanfront.

TWO-BEDROOM SUITES:
Same facilities as a One-Bedroom Suite, but with an additional bedroom with television (satellite) and an additional patio or balcony. Private location.

Turtle Nest Beach Bar - Located on eastern beachfront side of hotel

The Coffee Bean serves a wide array of hot and cold coffees, as well as smoothies, frescantes, teas, fresh juices and more. Freshly made sandwiches, paninis, bagels, croissants, salads and pastas are also on offer.
